Just the dish to spice things up on a chilly autumn day

Ingredients
- 3tbsp sunflower oil
- 900g Asda braising steak, trimmed and cut into cubes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 0.5tsp Asda cayenne pepper
- 1tbsp Asda paprika
- 1tsp Asda ground cumin
- 2tbsp dark muscovado sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 900g fresh tomatoes, skinned and roughly chopped
- 400ml beef stock
- 2 x 400g cans Asda red kidney beans, drained
- Sour cream and fresh Asda coriander, chopped, to serve
Method
1 Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the steak until browned. Set aside. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and gently fry onions, spices and sugar for around 10 minutes.
2 Return the meat to the pan and add the garlic, tomatoes and stock. Bring to boil and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour, adding water if necessary.
3 Add beans and cook for 30 minutes. Season and serve with sour cream and coriander.
