A warm autumnal salad with a sweet bite and crisp crunch

Ingredients
- 75g Blue Stilton, crumbled
- 142ml carton Asda single cream
- 2 Williams pears
- 150g packet Asda bistro salad
- 25g walnut halves, toasted
Method
1 Gently heat the cheese and single cream in a small pan until the cheese has melted.
2 Peel the pears, core and cut into thick slices. Arrange on four plates with the salad leaves and the walnuts. Drizzle with the warm Stilton dressing.
