A rich-tasting dish with intense Italian flavours and a satisfying nut crunch - delicious!

Ingredients
- 350g Asda spaghetti
- 10 Asda sun-dried tomatoes, plus 2tbsp oil from the jar
- 100g Asda pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 200g Asda crème fraîche
- 100g Asda Extra Special Parmesan, grated
Method
1 Cook the spaghetti in a pan of boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small strips and set aside.
2 Heat the oil in another pan, add the pine nuts and fry for 1 minute. Add the garlic and continue cooking for another minute, stirring continuously until the pine nuts are golden.
3 Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and crème fraîche, season well, then heat until simmering. Drain the cooked spaghetti using a colander and return to the pan. Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then serve immediately.
