A tangy marinade adds a bite to succulent chicken

Ingredients
- Grated zest of half a lemon
- 3tbsp lemon juice
- 1tsp Asda ground ginger
- 1tsp Asda ground cinnamon
- 1tbsp Asda clear honey
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 4 Asda chicken breasts with skin
Method
1 Mix all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a non-metallic, ovenproof dish large enough to hold the chicken in a single layer.
2 Make 3 deep cuts in the skin side of each breast. Put in the dish and turn to cover with the lemon mixture. Cover dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning the chicken occasionally.
3 Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4. Remove cover and cook the chicken for 30 minutes.
