Tangy cheese toasts that make impressive starters

Ingredients
- 1 small Asda French baguette, cut into 14 slices, without ends
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 5tbsp Asda cranberry sauce
- 150g Dolcelatte or Cambozola
- 14 sprigs watercress
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5. Put the bread on a baking tray and drizzle with oil on both sides. Cook for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool. Top each slice with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, a slice of cheese and a sprig of watercress, then serve.
