A spicy, lip-smacking version of spare ribs.

Ingredients
- 2 limes
- 3tbsp tomato ketchup
- 3tbsp golden syrup
- 35g sachet Asda Cajun seasoning
- 1kg pack Asda pork ribs
- 1tsp sunflower oil
- Rice noodles and spring onions, chopped to serve
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5. Shred or grate a little zest from 1 lime and set aside.
2 Squeeze the juice of the grated lime into a large bowl, then stir in the tomato ketchup, golden syrup and Cajun seasoning. Add the pork and turn to coat completely in the sauce.
3 Grease a roasting tin with the oil, put in the ribs and sauce and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning once during cooking to keep the meat sticky and tender.
4 Cut the other lime into 8 wedges, and sprinkle the reserved zest over the ribs. Serve with the lime wedges and rice noodles mixed with spring onions.
