Serve these tasty prawns with barbecued mini naan bread or a cold rice salad. The marinade goes beautifully with chicken drumsticks, too.

Ingredients
- 150g Greek-style yogurt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1tbsp sunflower oil
- 2tbsp Asda tandoori spice blend
- 125g pack raw peeled Asda tiger prawns
Method
1 Combine the yogurt with the lemon juice, oil and tandoori spice blend. Add the prawns and turn until they’re all coated. Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
2 Thread the prawns from head to tail onto wooden skewers that have been soaked in water.
3 Cook for 3 minutes per side using direct method, until the flesh turns pink. Serve immediately with wedges of fresh lemon.
