Ingredients
- 4tbsp Asda crunchy peanut butter
- 1tbsp honey
- 4tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2tbsp sunflower oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 450g sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 350g packet Smart Price beansprout and vegetable stir-fry
- Cooked egg noodles, to serve
Method
1 Mix the peanut butter with 4tbsp hot water. Stir in the honey and soy and chilli sauces. Heat the oil in a wok or large pan and add the garlic and beef. Stir-fry for 4 minutes then add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
2 Add the sauce, stir well and heat until bubbling. Serve straight away with egg noodles.
