Duo of salads - Part B
Suitable for vegetarians
These robust salads make delicious picnic sides
Serves 4
Ready in 20 minutes
Ingredients
  • 150g Asda Brown Basmati Rice
  • ΒΌ cucumber, halved and sliced
  • 1 pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 75g raisins
  • 50g cashew nuts, toasted
  • 4tbsp Asda Italian salad dressing
Shop online for these ingredients
Method
1 Cook the rice according to packet instructions. Drain in a sieve and rinse under cold running water.

2 Add all the remaining ingredients to the cold rice, including the dressing, and chill.
