Ingredients
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 250g Asda streaky smoked bacon
- 12 Queen scallops
- 2 x 150g bags Asda bistro salad
- 4tbsp Asda balsamic vinegar dressing
Method
1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon for 5 minutes until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
2 Put the scallops in the same pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until opaque.
3 Toss the salad in the dressing and divide between four serving plates. Top with bacon and scallops. Serve immediately.
