Ingredients
- 4 Asda Extra Special Chantennay carrots, peeled
- Quarter of a cucumber
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large yellow pepper
Method
1 Cut the carrots lengthways into 3 slices. Cut the cucumber in half, then into sticks. Deseed the peppers and slice into wide strips then cut into Christmas tree shapes with a biscuit cutter. Serve with a selection of dips.
