Ingredients
- 400g pasta flour or strong white flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1tbsp olive oil
Method
1 Sift the flour onto a clean worktop. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs and oil.
2 Using one hand, slowly blend together to form a stiff dough.
3 Knead for 15 minutes until smooth. Wrap in clingfilm and leave in a cool place for 1 hour.
