Wake up with a glass of deliciously sharp lemonade

Ingredients
- 4 unwaxed lemons
- 100g granulated sugar
- Extra lemon zest, to garnish
Method
1 Peel the zest from the lemons, avoiding the white pith. Place the zest in a heatproof jug with the sugar and add 500ml boiling water. Stir to dissolve the sugar and leave to cool.
2 Squeeze the lemons, add the juice and 300ml cold water to the jug. Add honey if it needs extra sweetening. Serve chilled, with ice cubes and garnished with lemon zest.
