Method
Sift the flour into a large bowl, along with a pinch of salt, then make a hole in the flour and break in the egg. Add half the milk and whisk together to make a thick, smooth batter. Add the rest of the milk and whisk in. Carefully stir in 2 boxes of Great Stuff Raisins.

Ask an adult to help you make the pancakes. Get them to grease a small nonstick frying pan with oil and heat. Spoon in 2 tablespoons of batter to make a pancake. Don't swirl it round the pan - you want to make small, thick pancakes.

When bubbles start to rise to the top of the pancake, carefully flip or turn over. Continue cooking for 1 to 3 minutes until the pancake is set and golden. Transfer to a warm plate and cover loosely with foil. Continue with the rest of the batter and a little of the remaining oil - you should be able to make 12 pancakes.

Put a pancake each on four clean plates and top with a few slices of banana, a few raisins and 1 teaspoon honey. Cover with another pancake, then add some more banana, raisins and honey. Top with 1 final pancake. Drizzle with the rest of the honey and serve with the remaining banana and raisins.
