Try this speedy version of an all-time favourite

Ingredients
- 500g Asda lean steak mince
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 100g chestnut mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 1 Asda Smart Price beef stock cube
- 2tbsp Asda brown sauce
- 2 x 400g packs Asda Tasty Lancashire Cheese Mash
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/Gas 6. Put the mince and onion in a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the beef has turned brown. Add the carrots and mushrooms.
2 Dissolve the stock cube in 200ml hot water and add to the pan with the brown sauce. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
3 Turn the mixture into an ovenproof dish and top with the potato, spreading it over carefully and evenly. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
