Ingredients
- Asda Raspberry swiss roll
- 1 tablet strawberry jelly
- 142ml carton Asda double cream
- 500g tub Asda fresh custard
- 200g strawberries
- 1 flake
Method
1 Make the jelly as for the chocolate trifle, but replace the mandarin juice with water.
2 Cut the swiss roll into 12 slices and divide between 6 glass dishes, with the strawberries.
3 Pour on the jelly and put the glasses in the fridge to chill until the trifles are set.
4 Remove from the fridge and top with the custard. Whip the cream and put a blob on each trifle.
5 Cut the chocolate flake into small sticks and pile them on top of the cream.
6 Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
