Ingredients
- 400g can Asda chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 100g Asda Good for you! Soft and Creamy Soft Cheese
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3tbsp oilve oil
- 2tbsp Asda sesame oil
- 2 brown or white pitta breads, cut into strips
- 1 stick celery, cut into chunky strips
- 2 carrots, cut into chunky strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into chunky strips
Method
1 Put the chickpeas, cheese, garlic, lemon, cayenne pepper and oils in a processor and whizz to make a purée - it should be smooth with some texture. Transfer to a bowl, season and serve with pitta and dippers.
