A tangy and succulent main

Ingredients
- 25g butter
- 4 Asda Pork Chops
- 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1tsp dried thyme
- 1tbsp soft brown sugar
- Large pinch mixed spice
- 200ml Asda 100% Freshly Squeezed Clementine Juice
- 2tsp cornflour
- 3 clementines, peeled and sliced
Method
1 Melt the butter in a large frying pan and brown the pork chops on both sides. Add the onion, garlic and thyme and cook until softened.
2 Sprinkle the sugar and mixed spice over the chops and pour the juice over. Bring to the boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
3 Mix the cornflour with 1 tablespoon cold water to make a paste, stir this into the juice and simmer until it thickens. Season to taste. Arrange the clementines over the chops and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
