Ingredients
- 225g fine green beans
- 225g frozen broad beans
- 2 x 100g packs Asda Asparagus Tips or 250g pack Asda Frozen Asparagus
- 3tbsp Asda Olive Oil
- 1tbsp Asda Balsamic Vinegar
- ½tsp Asda Dijon Mustard
- 3 spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 6 pitted black olives, chopped
Method
1 Boil the green beans and broad beans for 5 minutes, and the asparagus for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse under the cold tap to refresh, then drain again.
2 Whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard, and season. Toss the vegetables in the dressing with the spring onions and olives.
