A mouthwatering mix of fresh flavours and textures

Ingredients
- 2 pitta breads
- 1tbsp light soy sauce
- 2tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2tbsp walnut oil
- 1⁄2tsp Asda mild French mustard
- 6 rashers smoked streaky bacon, cut into 1cm pieces
- 2tbsp sunflower oil
- 250g chestnut mushrooms, halved
- 125g oyster mushrooms, halved
- Asda mixed salad leaves
Method
1 Toast the pitta, then cut into 1cm pieces. Set aside. Put the soy sauce, vinegar, walnut oil and mustard in a small bowl. Season, then whisk to make a dressing.
2 Dry fry bacon until crisp. Set aside. Add oil to the pan. Fry mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes, then add dressing and heat. To serve, combine all the ingredients and divide between 6 bowls.
