A creamy pasta treat that’s full of Italian flavours

Ingredients
- 350g Asda Spaghetti
- 120g pack Asda Diced Pancetta
- 50g Asda Butter, softened
- 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed and sliced, including green parts
- 300g Asda Frozen Peas
- 3tbsp freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 50g Parmesan
Method
1 Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. Meanwhile, dry-fry the pancetta in a non-stick frying pan until crisp at the edges. Add 15g butter and the spring onions, and cook for about 3 minutes. Boil the peas for 3 minutes; drain.
2 When the spaghetti is cooked, drain then return to the pan. Add the rest of the butter and toss over a low heat until melted.
3 Remove from the heat. Add the peas, pancetta, onions and parsley, and grate over half the Parmesan. Toss. Serve sprinkled with shavings of the remaining Parmesan.
