Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g mixed dried fruit
- 50g dried apricots, roughly chopped
- 25g flaked almonds
- 50g Asda cornflakes
Method
1 Break the chocolate into small pieces in a small bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water until the chocolate melts. Remove from the heat and stir in the dried fruit, almonds and cornflakes.
2 Lay a sheet of greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Spoon the mixture into portions on the paper. Place in the fridge until set.
