Herby cheese chicken
The cheese gives the chicken a moist texture, while the bacon keeps the flavours sealed in.
Serves 4
 Preparation time 20 minutes
 Cooking time 30 minutes
Ingredients
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 100g Asda Good for you! Soft and Creamy Cheese with garlic and herb
  • 8 rashers Asda reduced salt unsmoked back bacon
  • 450g new potatoes, scrubbed
  • 3tbsp oil
  • 250g pack green beans, trimmed
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4. Cut a slit lengthways in each chicken breast. Divide the cream cheese between the pockets, pushing it right into the meat. Wrap each chicken breast in two rashers of bacon, taking care not to overlap the rashers, and put in a roasting tin.

2 Cut potatoes into chunks and scatter around the chicken. Drizzle with oil and roast for 25 minutes.

3 Add the beans to the roasting tin and cook for another 5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
