Ingredients
- 2tbsp Asda extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼-½tsp crushed dried chillies
- 600g broccoli florets
- Strips of fresh red chilli and lemon zest, to garnish (optional)
Method
1 Whisk together the oil, lemon juice and chillies. (For a spicier dressing, leave the mixture to infuse for an hour or so, then whisk again just before serving.)
2 steam the broccoli for 7 to 8 minutes until tender, then simply drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately. This looks really pretty garnished with strips of fresh red chilli and lemon zest, too.
