Spicy roasted cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 600g cauliflower florets
  • 2tsp garam masala
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp chopped Asda fresh coriander (optional)
Method
1 Preheat oven to 200C/Gas 6. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the cauliflower and simmer rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes until the florets are just tender. Drain and refresh in cold water to stop them cooking any further.

2 Mix the garam masala with the oil, then put the drained cauliflower in a roasting pan and toss with the spiced oil. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown. Serve at once, sprinkled with the coriander.
