Ingredients
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 50ml avocado oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 green chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 2tsp chopped fresh coriander
- Yogurt, to serve
- 4 wraps, to serve
Method
1 Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl, season to taste, add the chicken, cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5.
2 Pop the chicken on an oven tray, drizzle the marinade all over and bake for 25 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Allow to cool before slicing into strips.
