With protein, calcium and iron, this dish is a real winner – and I love that it’s all cooked in one pot!

Ingredients
- 300g wholemeal fusilli pasta
- 1 large onion, diced
- 400g can Asda chopped tomatoes
- 100g Asda Smartprice prawns
- 170g bag Asda baby spinach
Method
1 Cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain and set aside.
2 Put a little water in the pan; add the onion, simmer until tender, then add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Return pasta to the pan, then the prawns and spinach, and heat through until piping hot.
