Ready in 50 minutes
Ingredients
- A little oil, for greasing
- 2 x 150g packs Asda Golden Roast Scottish Smoked Salmon Slices
- 300g pack Asda Ricotta and Spinach Pasta Sauce
- Half a 250g pack Asda Fresh Egg Lasagne
- 250g pack Asda Frozen Asparagus, thawed
- 500g pot Asda Creamy Cheese Sauce With Mature Cheddar
- 50g Parmesan, freshly grated Salad, to serve
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/Gas 6*. Grease an ovenproof dish, about 22cm by 13cm in size, by brushing it with a little oil. Break the salmon into large flakes using your (clean) fingers and set aside.
2 Spread half the ricotta and spinach sauce in the bottom of the dish. Cut each sheet of pasta in half and put half a sheet on top, tearing off any excess to make it fit. Spread with the rest of the spinach and ricotta sauce, then scatter on half the salmon flakes. Arrange half the asparagus spears on top.
3 Lay another half sheet of pasta on top and spread with half of the cheese sauce. Top with the rest of the salmon and asparagus spears.
4 Cover with another layer of lasagne and the rest of the cheese sauce, then sprinkle the Parmesan over the top. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
