Ingredients
- Half an Asda Raspberry Swiss Roll
- 1 pack Asda Raspberry Jelly
- Half a 500g pack Asda Frozen Summer Fruits
- 500g pot Asda Fresh Custard
- 142ml Asda Extra Thick Double Cream
- Hundreds and thousands
Method
1 Cut the swiss roll into 4 slices and cut each slice into 4 pieces. Put in the bottom of 4 glasses.
2 Break the jelly into cubes and put in a measuring jug. Pour on boiling water to come to 300ml*. Stir until the jelly melts. Add enough cold water to come up to 500ml.
3 Put the frozen fruit on top of the swiss roll and then pour on the jelly. Leave to set – because the fruit is frozen the jelly will set quickly.
4 Top with custard. Just before serving, add some cream and sprinkle on hundreds and thousands.
