Ingredients
- 2 Asda Portabello or Jumbo Mushrooms
- 1 Kerry garlic butter portion (from 4-pack)
- 2 Asda Dutch Maasdam or medium cheddar cheese slices
- 4 slices of Asda Ciabatta, cut at an angle and toasted
- 2tsp Asda Mayonnaise
- 1 x 62g bag Asda Wild Rocket
Method
1 Preheat oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Put the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish. Finely cube the butter and scatter over the mushrooms. Bake for 15 minutes.
2 Remove from the oven and place a slice of cheese on each mushroom. Bake for 2 more minutes, until the cheese melts. Griddle or toast the ciabatta.
3 Spread two pieces of ciabatta with mayonnaise. Add rocket leaves and a mushroom to each. Top with another slice of ciabatta.
