ASDA Recipes
Smoked salmon, prawn and dill pasta
Fantastic seafood flavours
Serves 4
Ready in 25 minutes
Ingredients
  • 250g Asda Penne Pasta
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 200ml pot Asda Crème Fraîche
  • 100g pack Asda Smoked Salmon, cut into small pieces
  • 300g pack Asda Frozen Peeled Prawns, thawed
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 2tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1tsp cracked black peppercorns

Method
1 Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes.

2 Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Add the olive oil, crème fraîche, smoked salmon, prawns and lemon zest, and heat for a couple of minutes until warmed through.

3 Add chopped dill and cracked black pepper. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve with some Asda Garlic Bread.
