Ingredients
- 250g Asda Penne Pasta
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 200ml pot Asda Crème Fraîche
- 100g pack Asda Smoked Salmon, cut into small pieces
- 300g pack Asda Frozen Peeled Prawns, thawed
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 2tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1tsp cracked black peppercorns
Method
1 Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes.
2 Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Add the olive oil, crème fraîche, smoked salmon, prawns and lemon zest, and heat for a couple of minutes until warmed through.
3 Add chopped dill and cracked black pepper. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve with some Asda Garlic Bread.
