This starter is quick to prepare and looks impressive

Ingredients
- 1tbsp of pumpkin seed oil
- 1tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2tbsp Asda Sunflower Oil
- ½tsp caster sugar.
- 2 ripe avocados.
- 2 x 100g packs of Asda Smoked Salmon
- 2 x 125g packs of Asda Coldwater Cooked and Peeled Prawn
- 62g pack of Asda Wild Rocket
Method
1 Make the salad dressing by whisking together 1tbsp of pumpkin seed oil, 1tbsp white wine vinegar, 2tbsp Asda Sunflower Oil and ½tsp of caster sugar.
2 Season well. Peel, stone and cube 2 ripe avocados. Divide between 6 plates, along with 2 x 100g packs of Asda Smoked Salmon, 2 x 125g packs of Asda Coldwater Cooked and Peeled Prawns and a 62g pack of Asda Wild Rocket. Drizzle with the dressing and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
