Oaty rhubarb crumble

  • 400g rhubarb
  • 50ml orange juice
  • 75g sugar
  • 100g plain flour
  • 50g Asda Porridge Oats
  • 75g butter
  • 50g sugar

Method
1 Preheat the oven to 190C/ 170C Fan/Gas 5. Trim the ends off 400g rhubarb and cut into 2cm pieces. Put in an ovenproof dish or 4 individual dishes. Sprinkle on 50ml orange juice and 75g sugar. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes until tender.

2 Put 100g plain flour and 50g Asda Porridge Oats (not instant porridge) in a large bowl. Cut 75g butter into small cubes and rub into the flour and oats using your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.

3 Stir in 50g sugar, then spoon the oat mixture on top of the rhubarb. Return to the oven and cook for about 25 minutes until the topping is golden brown. Serve with custard or cream.
