Ingredients
- 180g pack Asda Baby Spinach
- 6 Asda Sun-dried Tomatoes in Oil, drained and roughly chopped
- 550g Asda Undyed Smoked Haddock, skinned and cut into large bite-size pieces
- 142ml Asda Whipping Cream
- 100g Asda Gruyère Cheese, grated
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 190C /170C Fan/Gas 5. Cook the spinach in a large pan for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until it wilts (don’t add any water). Tip into a colander and press lightly to remove excess water. Put in an ovenproof dish or divide between four individual ovenproof dishes if you prefer.
2 Top the wilted spinach with the tomatoes and smoked haddock.
3 Spoon the cream over the fish and tomatoes and season. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes.
