Chicken fajita kebabs
Serve with salsa and guacamole for a spicy Mexican kick
Serves 8
Ready in 40 minutes
Plus marinating time
Ingredients
  • 3tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sachet Asda Mexican Seasoning
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 pack Asda Mixed Peppers, deseeded
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 limes, cut in wedges
  • 8 Asda Wheat Tortillas
  • 170g pot Asda Guacamole
  • 200g pot Asda Salsa

Method
1 Mix the oil with the seasoning. Cut the chicken, peppers and onion into equal-sized pieces and coat in the marinade. Leave for at least an hour, turning occasionally. Soak four wooden skewers in cold water.

2 Thread the chicken, vegetables and lime onto the skewers and barbecue, turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.

3 Heat the tortillas on the barbecue for a minute, then spread with the guacamole and salsa and divide the chicken and veg between the wraps. Roll up and serve.
