Tuna burgers
A fresh twist on the classic barbecue burger
Serves 4
Ready in 20 minutes
Ingredients
  • 450g raw tuna steaks
  • 50g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1tbsp Thai fish sauce
  • 1tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 4 burger buns
  • salad leaves, sliced tomato and Asda Seafood Sauce (optional), to serve

Method
1 Finely chop the tuna, using a food processor if possible, and working in small batches. Mix together with the breadcrumbs, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, Thai fish sauce and ketchup. Season with pepper.

2 Shape the mixture into four equal-sized burgers.

3 Barbecue for five minutes on each side and serve in buns with salad and sauce (if used).
