Ingredients
- 300g pack pizza bases
- 300g jar pizza topping sauce
- 1 medium red onion, halved and finely sliced
- 150g Asda Hard Goat’s Cheese, grated
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
- 8 pitted black olives, sliced
- Several basil leaves
- Rocket, to serve
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Put the pizza bases on baking trays and spread with the sauce.
2 Divide the onion, cheese, tomatoes and olives between the pizzas and bake for 15 minutes.
3 Scatter a few basil leaves on top, and serve with rocket.
