Goat’s cheese and sun-dried tomato pizza
Suitable for vegetarians
Bursting with all flavours of the Mediterranean

Ingredients
  • 300g pack pizza bases
  • 300g jar pizza topping sauce
  • 1 medium red onion, halved and finely sliced
  • 150g Asda Hard Goat’s Cheese, grated
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
  • 8 pitted black olives, sliced
  • Several basil leaves
  • Rocket, to serve

Method
1 Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Put the pizza bases on baking trays and spread with the sauce.

2 Divide the onion, cheese, tomatoes and olives between the pizzas and bake for 15 minutes.

3 Scatter a few basil leaves on top, and serve with rocket.
