Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 400ml hot chicken stock, made with a stock cube
- 4tbsp Asda Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 1tbsp dark soy sauce
- 3-4tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 6 tortilla wraps
- 2 carrots, cut into fine shreds
- 6cm piece of cucumber, cut into fine shreds
- 3 spring onions, trimmed and shredded
- 75g beansprouts
Method
1 Simmer the chicken in the stock for 20 minutes. Cool in the liquid then drain off the stock and shred the meat.
2 Put the peanut butter and sesame oil in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
3 Divide the chicken and vegetables between the wraps and drizzle over the dressing. Roll up the wrap.
