Bang bang chicken wraps
A hit with all the family!
Serves 6
Ready in 40 minutes
Plus cooling time
Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 400ml hot chicken stock, made with a stock cube
  • 4tbsp Asda Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1tbsp sesame oil
  • 1tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 3-4tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 6 tortilla wraps
  • 2 carrots, cut into fine shreds
  • 6cm piece of cucumber, cut into fine shreds
  • 3 spring onions, trimmed and shredded
  • 75g beansprouts
Method
1 Simmer the chicken in the stock for 20 minutes. Cool in the liquid then drain off the stock and shred the meat.

2 Put the peanut butter and sesame oil in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.

3 Divide the chicken and vegetables between the wraps and drizzle over the dressing. Roll up the wrap.
