Ingredients
- ½ x 200g Asda White Baguette
- 3tbsp olive oil
- 1 pack Asda Hearts of Romaine Lettuce
- 4 anchovy fillets (optional)
- 100ml Asda Fresh Caesar Salad Dressing
- 2 x 150g packs Asda
- Golden Roast Salmon
- 50g Parmesan, coarsely grated
Method
1 Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Cut baguette into 1cm cubes, put on a baking tray. Sprinkle on oil and toss. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Cool.
2 Tear large lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place small whole leaves in a bowl. If using, pat anchovy fillets with kitchen paper to absorb oil and cut into small pieces. Mix with dressing.
3 Break salmon into large flakes, add to salad with croutons. Add dressing and toss gently. Sprinkle on Parmesan and serve.
