A delicious new variation on a firm family favourite

Ingredients
- 175g pack baby leeks, trimmed
- 150g shelled broad beans or frozen broad beans, defrosted
- 200g pack tenderstem broccoli
- 2 x 300g pots Asda Italian Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
- 50g fresh white breadcrumbs
- 25g sunflower seeds
- 50g mature Cheddar, grated
Method
1 Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Steam vegetables for 7 minutes, or simmer for 5 minutes, then drain on kitchen paper.
2 Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the sauce.
3 Mix the breadcrumbs with the sunflower seeds and grated cheese, and sprinkle on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
