Cheese and summer vegetable bake
Suitable for vegetarians
A delicious new variation on a firm family favourite
Serves 4
Ready in 35 minutes
Ingredients
  • 175g pack baby leeks, trimmed
  • 150g shelled broad beans or frozen broad beans, defrosted
  • 200g pack tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 x 300g pots Asda Italian Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
  • 50g fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 25g sunflower seeds
  • 50g mature Cheddar, grated

Method
1 Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Steam vegetables for 7 minutes, or simmer for 5 minutes, then drain on kitchen paper.

2 Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the sauce.

3 Mix the breadcrumbs with the sunflower seeds and grated cheese, and sprinkle on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
