Perfect for a summer lunch in the garden
Ingredients
- 2 x 60g packs Asda Extra
- Special Parma Ham
- 2 x 125g packs Asda Extra Special Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced
- 8 ripe fresh figs, halved
- A few basil leaves
- 62g pack of wild rocket
- 4tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp honey
Method
1 Arrange the Parma ham, mozzarella, fresh figs, basil leaves and rocket on a serving platter.
2 Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, oil and honey. Season, then drizzle over the salad.
