Figs with Parma ham and mozzarella
Perfect for a summer lunch in the garden
Ingredients
  • 2 x 60g packs Asda Extra
  • Special Parma Ham
  • 2 x 125g packs Asda Extra Special Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced
  • 8 ripe fresh figs, halved
  • A few basil leaves
  • 62g pack of wild rocket
  • 4tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp honey
Shop online for these ingredients
Method
1 Arrange the Parma ham, mozzarella, fresh figs, basil leaves and rocket on a serving platter.

2 Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, oil and honey. Season, then drizzle over the salad.
