Ingredients
- 16 ripe fresh apricots or
- 2 x 411g cans apricots in juice
- 500g Asda Greek Style Natural Yogurt
- 200g Asda Low Fat Natural Probiotic Yogurt
- 4tbsp soft light brown sugar
- Biscuits, to serve
Method
1 Halve, stone and slice the fresh apricots, or drain and slice the canned apricots. Mix the Greek yogurt with the probiotic yogurt.
2 Layer the yogurt mixture and apricots in four glasses, sprinkling a little sugar on each layer of apricots. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, then serve with the biscuits.
