Mango and prawns with lime and chilli
Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 3tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp lime juice
  • 2tsp honey
  • 1 red chilli
  • 225g peeled prawns
  • 1tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2 ripe mangoes
Shop online for these ingredients
Method
1 Whisk together 3tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp lime juice and 2tsp honey, and season. Add a large deseeded, chopped red chilli, 225g peeled prawns and 1tbsp chopped coriander. Chill for 20 minutes.

2 Peel and slice 2 ripe mangoes and arrange on plates with the prawns and dressing.
