Perfect for when you want a bit more than a snack but don’t feel like a large meal

Ingredients
- 185g can Asda Tuna Chunks in Oil, drained
- 2tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Asda Ciabatta Loaves, halved and sliced through the middle
- 125g mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 25g butter, softened
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped
- 6 black olives, sliced
- 2 spring onions, trimmed and chopped
- Asda Extra Special Crisps and
- salad, to serve
Method
1 Mix the drained tuna with the mayonnaise. Season. Preheat the grill and toast the cut sides of the ciabatta
2 Cover the bottom pieces of ciabatta with slices of mozzarella and place under the grill until melted and bubbling. Spread the top pieces of ciabatta with butter.
3 Scatter the sun-dried tomatoes and olives onto the cheese and then top with the tuna mixture and spring onions.
4 Cover with the top pieces of ciabatta and trim off the ends if desired. Serve immediately with crisps and salad.
