Cauliflower in three cheese sauce
Suitable for vegetarians
This is great with grilled fish or meat.
Cooking time 22 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 1tsp of Asda French Coarse Grain Mustard
  • 125g grated mature Cheddar
  • 25g grated Parmesan
  • 40g breadcrumbs

Method
1 Cut a cauliflower into large florets and simmer for 8 minutes or until just tender. Drain and put in a serving dish or individual dishes.

2 In a small pan, warm 250g mascarpone with a rounded tsp of Asda French Coarse Grain Mustard, 100g grated mature Cheddar and 25g grated Parmesan, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Spoon over the cauliflower.

3 Mix another 25g grated Cheddar with 40g breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top. Cook in the oven at 190C/ 170C Fan/Gas 5 for 15 minutes or until golden on top.
