This mouthwatering combo looks and tastes a treat

Ingredients
- 227g bunch asparagus spears
- Little olive oil
- 1 ciabatta loaf
- 210g jar hollandaise sauce
- 2 x 60g packs Asda Extra Special Parma ham
Method
1 Preheat the grill. Bend the asparagus until it snaps and discard the tough ends. Brush with oil and grill until just tender.
2 Cut the ciabatta in half, then split each piece in two and toast. While the bread is toasting, heat the hollandaise sauce until warm but not boiling.
3 Divide the ham between the pieces of ciabatta and top with the asparagus spears. Season with black pepper. Spoon on the sauce and serve.
