Chase away the chills with this fiery number

Ingredients
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, deseeded and chopped
- 3 x 250g pack Asda diced casserole beef
- 2 x 35g Asda Mexican Reason to Season
- 1 Asda vegetable stock cube
- 1 x 700g jar Asda passata
- 2 x 400g cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- Sour cream and tortilla chips, to serve
Method
1 Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion until softened. Add the green pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
2 Add the beef and stir-fry until browned all over. Sprinkle over the Mexican seasoning and stir over a low heat for 1 minute.
3 Dissolve the vegetable stock cube in 600ml of boiling water and add to the pan along with the passata, giving it a good stir. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add the beans and cook for a further 10 minutes. Divide into bowls and serve with a dollop of sour cream and a few tortilla chips.
